Rebecca Müller
RESEARCH PROFILE
Rebecca Müller is an Assistant Professor in the Human Performance Management (HPM) group at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). Her research investigates teams and their dynamics, such as team processes and emergent states among team members. She uses different approaches to examine virtual human teams, co-located human teams, and human-agent teams, such as laboratory experiments, field studies, or vignette studies. Further, she developed a scale to measure emergent states in teams. Currently, she aims to answer whether the seminal insights about team emergent states based on human-human teams can be transferred to human-agent teams.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Rebecca Müller received her BSc, MSc, and PhD in work and organizational psychology from Trier University before she started as an Assistant Professor at the TU/e in 2023. She published work in high-impact journals, such as Computers in Human Behavior, Journal of Business and Psychology, Small Group Research, and Group Dynamics, and presented her work at numerous international conferences.
