RESEARCH PROFILE
Lars van Eeuwijk is a Doctoral Candidate in the Electromechanics and Power Electronics (EPE) group of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). His research focuses on the modelling, development, and optimization of highly-integrated, high-performance Gallium Nitride (GaN) based power modules.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Lars van Eeuwijk studied Electrical Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). He received the BSc degree in 2021 and the MSc degree in 2023 (both with a cum laude distinction). In 2023, Lars joined the EPE group as a PhD candidate contributing to the All2GaN project (All2GaN Website).
