Vestide

TU/e has a number of student rooms reserved with Vestide. All rooms are fully furnished and service charges are included in the rental price.

The rental price for a semester varies from approx. €2000 to €3000.

Students staying for one semester are required to pay the full semester rent via Paypal or credit card at time of booking.

Students staying for two semesters need to pay the first month’s rent via Paypal or credit card at time of booking. When signing the rental agreement you need to pay the remaining rent for the first semester. You will receive an invoice for the rent of the second semester a few weeks before the start of the second semester.

Students renting with Vestide, will receive a rental agreement with a fixed starting and ending date for 1 or 2 semesters, depending on your indicated stay in Mobility Online.

Rental agreements cannot be cancelled before the end date.

Students staying for two semesters, and have indicated so before their arrival, will be given a rental agreement for the period of 2 semesters.

Students staying for one semester, will be given a rental agreement for the period of 1 semester. The agreement for one semester cannot be extended. Should you, during your stay, decide to stay for another semester, you will need to make housing arrangements for the next semester yourself with another housing provider. By Dutch law it’s not allowed for a landlord to extend or provide another rental agreement to a tenant after an initial short stay rental agreement of one semester.  

If you are allotted housing with Vestide, you will receive an e-mail from Vestide with information on how to make a booking via the website of Vestide. You can choose your accommodation from the available options.
