After graduation

The world needs change agents like you who can contribute their knowledge to create a more just and sustainable future! After completing your Innovation Management specialization in Sustainability Transitions, you will be ready to enter a wide range of fields and contexts, including energy, the built environment, mobility and the ‘twin’ green and digital transitions. You will be able to lead and manage processes and teams that work at the intersection of technology, innovation and sustainability, such as:

  • the sustainability and innovation departments of companies in order to improve and innovate their processes and actions towards sustainability.
  • local, regional, national or international government bodies as a sustainability officer to enable policies and processes for improving sustainability and innovation.
  • start-ups that develop innovative technologies for sustainability.
  • sustainability consultanting firms that advise consumers, firms or governments on how to transition towards more sustainable actions and approaches.
  • NGOs that lobby for and enact sustainability change in specific areas. 
  • academia or other knowledge institutes as a researcher, producing more knowledge on the complexities of sustainability transitions and innovation sciences.
