AMV ELC - Labor Market Demand-driven Energy Learning Community - is setting up a collaboration aimed at realizing a range of tools so that educational institutions and governments are supported in offering appropriate training and companies find more and relevant trained workers.
In addition, a strong educational foundation is created by establishing an overview of the available educational (materials), developing new educational materials for train the trainer and facilitating cross-border education with Remote Labs for experimental setups. Potential workers are also guided to training courses that focus specifically on the energy sector. This way, people with the necessary competencies are trained, the mismatch between labor demand and labor supply is removed and, the border region is prepared for the energy transition.
