RESEARCH PROFILE

Deniz Tuzcuoglu is a PhD researcher and a lecturer at the Eindhoven University of Technology. She has a background in architecture and civil engineering, and her PhD research is about user behaviour and smart technology in office environments. Her PhD research received an NWO SURF POP UP grant 2019 in collaboration with the Municipality of Eindhoven and !mpuls B.V.(www.verdus.nl/project/user-satisfaction). Her research interests are environmental psychology, working environments, technology and its benefits for society. Besides her research activities, she has experience in education for ten years and gives lectures covering architecture topics such as Introduction to Architectural Design Project and Graphic Design (specialized in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). In the Built Environment Department at TU/e, she has been teaching Digital Media courses as part of BAU Studio 1 for five years, covering Digital/Technical Drawings (using BIM Software, ArchiCAD) and (info)graphics (using Adobe Creative Solutions).  <br/>www.deniztuzcuoglu.com
