Waqas Khan obtained his Master in Energy Informatics from University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria. He completed his Master thesis project on the topic "Non Intrusive Load monitroing using Artificial Neural Network and Stockwell Transform". He won the National ICT R&D scholarship and completed his Bachelors of Science in Electrical (Telecom) Engineering from Comsats Univeristy Islamabad.
