How does it work?
- Is your lost item listed on iLost? Click on 'This item is mine'.
- You'll get some verification questions so we can make sure the item is returned to its rightful owner.
- You can pick up the item at a reception desk.
Retention period
We do not keep a found object indefinitely. Goods with a daily value of less than or equal to €450, for which no one has come forward after 3 months, are destroyed or go to a good cause. If the found object has a higher value, a storage period of 1 year applies. For objects that spoil quickly or whose preservation can no longer be required of the university due to high costs or other disadvantage may be transferred or destroyed immediately.
