RESEARCH PROFILE
Anna-Maria Feneri holds a Diploma in Urban Planning and Spatial Development from the School of Engineering in the Aristotle University, Greece. This provided her with the necessary insight in the fields of urban planning and spatial development. During this period she has been proactive enough to participate in conferences and publish papers based on spatial analysis and urban quality of life. Based on her academic performance she was chosen for an award of excellence in the field of Environmental Sciences (National Scholarship Foundation of Greece) for the completion of the second MSc in ‘Environment and Infrastructure Planning’, obtained in 2015 from the Faculty of Spatial Sciences at the University of Groningen. She applied her academic knowledge in the private sector (land surveying, urban planning and design) before joining the Urban Planning Group as a doctoral candidate at TU/e. She is part of the project SCRIPTS and will examine travel behaviour and modelling techniques under the supervision of Prof. Harry Timmermans and Prof. Soora Rasouli.
