In accordance with the Environmental Management Act, the Environmental Permit for the TU/e ​​Campus states that all unusual incidents on TU/e ​​Campus must be reported by CVM to the competent authority. This means that CVM must keep a thorough (environmental) incident register. The organization on TU/e ​​Campus must therefore report environmental incidents to CVM as soon as possible.

We therefore request that you take note of the procedure “Report incidents to CVM” that can be found in the right-hand margin under "Directly to" and that you apply this procedure in case an environmental incident occurs in your organization.

In case it is necessary to report the incident that has occurred within your organization as an unusual occurrence to the municipality of Eindhoven, you will be informed of this as soon as possible.
