Eindhoven University of Technology is situated in the heart of Europe's leading innovative top technology region Brainport in the South-East of the Netherlands.
We are an ambitious, innovative and fast growing university combining leading-edge scientific research with attention to professional development and personal growth.
The department Mechanical Engineering at the TU/e educates Bachelor and Master of Science students (BSc/MSc), EngD (Engineering Doctorate) and PhD students. In addition to this, we carry out cutting-edge research in many domains such as Energy and Flow, Materials and Mechanics and Systems, Dynamics and Control. Much research is done in close cooperation with large high-tech companies, such as Philips and ASML, as well as many small/medium enterprises.
The department aims to maintain and extend its international forefront position, and strives for strong international cooperation. We offer a challenging and inspiring atmosphere, where we work together to solve socially relevant problems.
