Why study Innovation Management in Eindhoven?

Eindhoven University of Technology is located in one of the top three technology-intensive regions in Europe. Furthermore, it is right at the technological heart of the Netherlands. Marketed as Brainport, and including the High Tech Campus and large companies as ASML, Vanderlande, DAF, Eindhoven is often called the Dutch Silicon Valley. In addition, the city is design-focused and entrepreneurial, hosting a creative and nurturing home to many start-ups that display their activities as the Dutch Technology Week, the Dutch Design Week, the Eindhoven Maker Faire, and the Glow festival.

With regard to Innovation Management, teaching in this program is closely linked to the most recent research results. Thus, you are dealing with real state-of-the-art knowledge. In the teaching model the courses involve project work, with in-depth studies covering both literature and practice. Your mentor plays a vital role in the program, and supports you in making choices in your program (e.g., electives, a time abroad), and supervises you during your final thesis work.
