Every student enrolling in the MSc phase of the graduate program is assigned a personal coach, a COBRA staff member, to implement the internships and courses program and for guidance through the research proposal writing process. When the student has started his final graduation project, she/he will be personally supervised by a scientific staff member. This research supervisor will also take over the role as personal coach.
The Graduate Program Director will facilitate and monitor the mobility of students between the groups, the freedom of choice for a research project, and the adequate support for the writing of the research proposal within the MSc stage, including the assignment of a second coach for this task. He also will take an important role in composing the coherent education plan of the master students.
