"The Master's Program Systems and Control covers all you need to know about control engineering. There are very theoretical courses but also very practical courses, which I think is perfect. You can immediately apply what you have learned in your theoretical courses."
"After finishing my bachelor in mechatronics (HBO) it was clear for me that I wanted to continue studying by doing a Master’s Program at the Eindhoven University of Technology. After doing the pre-master Embedded Systems, I started with the Master’s Program Embedded Systems. However, after several months I realized that I made the wrong choice, and I switched to the Master’s Program Systems & Control.
The core program covers all the basics about control engineering and the whole cycle of model based design. You have a lot of freedom in choosing your electives, which give you the opportunity to create a program based on your own interests. For a lot of courses you have to work together with another student or a group of students. This is really nice since most students in Master’s Program System & Control all have a different background. They do not only have a different scientific background but also different cultural background, which I think is good for learning how to work with a very diverse group of people. Furthermore I think that all the professors are great in their field of expertise, they really challenge you during class and you can almost always ask them anything if you have problems understanding. The distance between you as a student and the professor is really small which I think is very nice."
