Drs. A.M. Haanstra

As Program Manager Applied Research for the Business and Management Faculty of the Han University of Applied Research,  I am responsible for projects that stimulate  practice based research in close cooperation with the professional field.   In our Research Centre Business Development & Co-creation our interest lies in the development of knowledge within the themes: Organisation,  Communication and Innovation from a business perspective. This SCRIPTS project enables us to gain knowledge on all three themes with a special focus on co-creation and online interaction (communication).

Dr. E. van der Pool

Els van der Pool is professor in Human Communication Development at the Business and Management Faculty of the Han University of Applied Research. The focus of her researchgroup is on three forms of interaction: interaction with external stakeholders (corporate communication, especially online interaction), with internal stakeholders (internal communication) and interaction  from the perspective of a professional (professional communication). 

In the Scripts project focusses on corporation and interaction between the different stakeholders (governmental organisations, PT providers and knowledge partners).

Dr. D. Trampe

Debra Trampe specializes in consumer behavior and data analytics. Trained as a social psychologist, she received her PhD from the University of Groningen. She then served as an assistant professor of marketing and subsequently moved to business to work as a market research methodologist at market research agency DVJ Insights. At the Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, she works on the SCRIPTS pilots and SCRIPTS’ internal and external communication.

Ir. A. van Weert

Arjen van Weert is a lecturer in Logistics and Sustainability at the Hogeschool Arnhem en Nijmegen and works as consultant in feasibility studies for infrastructure accommodating transport. Arjen is member of the group that supports the three star awarded sustainability courses in logistics at the Hogeschool Arnhem en Nijmegen. With his strong analytical skills and background in quantitative decision support Arjen is responsible for enabling the researchers to monitor and evaluate the SCRIPTS pilots. Arjen has broad foreign experience resulting from logistic projects in South Africa, Japan, United Kingdom, Belgium and Denmark.  

Dr. R. van Os

Renée van Os is associate professor of applied sciences at the Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN). In her research, Renée focuses on the broad subject ‘online interaction’, specifically social service (webcare) and online communities (platforms). In the SCRIPTS project Renée is interested in the manner in which interactions between PT-operators are taking place (both in online and offline media), and the effect these interactions have on travellers’ satisfaction and the reputation of the PT-operator.
