The LSC noise barrier situated in s'Hertogenbosch was painted by professional graffiti artist Gart Smits. The painting is a portrait of Nicolai Testa, a pioneer in the study of electricity and general eccentric genius. The graffiti is part of the research study on LSC device performance.
