The microwave laboratory can be used to study the behavior of microwaves, that can be used in fusion diagnostics and for heating of plasmas. Among others, we have microwave components to study stray radiation and we use 3D EM simulation of high frequency components to study the use of efficient HF-devices such as antennas, filters and couplers.
