Hello everyone, my name is Siem van Limpt and I am a student of the Fusion master. Last year I have been working on my bachelor thesis at the Fusor, which is a setup from the Fusion group. This project really got me interested in continuing my time at the group by following the master.
 
There is an open and relaxed atmosphere in the group and they really allow you to give your own input and feedback on the master in order to improve it. I really feel like being a part of the group.
 
Ever since I was a child, I have been really interested in the universe, particularly in the amount of energy produced by stars. I think it is great that many years later I am actually doing research on this energy source, Fusion, the energy source of the future.
