Dear reader, I am Guido and I have two interests: the global energy challenge and the amazing research in the world of nuclear fusion. Perhaps these interests will come together. At least I am working for it!

I investigated the deployment rates and contributions of new energy sources, during my bachelor project and my external internship. The latter has been done with Shell, where I did the project.

Now I am doing my master thesis on MSE on the KSTAR tokamak in Korea, as part of our collaboration. I have spent five months there, which was a fantastic time. I would like to encourage everyone to go abroad for a project at a nice fusion experiment!
